The care, professionalism and speed in which Glenn took to diagnose the problem and replace a breaker panel was encouraging. When dealing with a major safety concern that you know is going to be expensive, you want to know you can trust what the service provider is telling you. Having no light in part of my home following heavy equipment use by plumbers. Allstars’ expert electrician responded the evening of my call. My lights were shining that evening. Glenn returned with assistant, Caleb, in the morning, and within 5 hours had upgraded the fuse box, plugs for kitchen, bathrooms, and outdoors, where the problem originated. I’ve been assured of the safety of the wiring, and Glen’s confidence instantly assured me of his knowledge and competence. The men demonstrated respect for me, and toward one another.

I got home from work on a Friday afternoon and our A.C. was not working, it was already 86 degrees in the house. I called for emergency service. The two gentlemen that came out were awesome. By the time they got out the air seemed to be kicking back on. They didn’t need to do anything but did answer a ton of questions that we had. I assumed we would still pay the emergency visit fee ($95) but they didn’t charge us anything.

I had problems with multiple circuit breakers in the house. Called and talked to Glenn Mitroff at Allstars. He was able to come out later that day to assess the problem. He had to replace the circuit breaker panel. Because I had done my homework I knew the price he quoted was fair. He and his two assistants were professional, courteous, quick and left the work area cleaner than when they started. I completely recommend them and will use them again.

As a business owner it is very difficult to find professionals who can execute a commercial job flawlessly. Well, they did it!! Glenn is a very honest guy and knows very well what he is doing. I found Allstars here on yelp after I received a quote from another company when my heater went out in January. Glenn and his team were prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He walked me through the different options and as my system was pretty old I decided to go for a complete upgrade. No high pressure sales – the time was just right to get it all done. I had my entire HVAC system replaced as well as an electrical panel replacement. The service was great and the price was right. Glenn not only came out immediately for the initial call, but was able to schedule our service on a day that did not interfere with our work schedules.

Glenn and Allstars live up to their billing as “All Stars.” Consider my story: It is the middle of the summer in Dallas. Temperatures are 100. Saturday at 3:00 pm my air conditioning goes out. I have a six-month old child, and I am wondering, “What am I going to do?” I call a couple of places, and they all tell me that they are full and that they “maybe” could get someone to look at the unit by Monday. I find Glenn and Allstars and see that they have great Yelp and Google ratings. I all Glenn at 3:35pm and text him pictures of the unit. (Keep in mind that I live in a 100+ year old house with odd nooks and crannies and other people said that it would be impossible to replace the unit without demolishing my existing wall) Yet, Glenn and his crew and no problem. Amazingly, by 8:30pm on Saturday, my house was cooling off. Amazing work guys!
